Contractor Estimate Requests
We offer an optional feature that lets you request repair estimates from contractors in our network. Here's how your privacy is protected:
- Opt-in only: Your photos and property information are never automatically shared with contractors. You must explicitly request an estimate.
- You control what's shared: When you request an estimate, only the information relevant to that specific repair issue is shared.
- No obligation: Receiving an estimate doesn't commit you to anything. You can choose whether to contact the contractor for actual repairs.
- This is not selling data: We do not sell your information. If you choose to connect with a contractor, that's a service we facilitate at your request.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure servers, and limited access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
